At the moment we have an extremely high order volume, which significantly exceeds our normal delivery capacities,

therefore the shipping time is currently 5 - 7 working days - for standard shipping 8 - 12 working days - we ask for your patience here.

Our logistics team processes all orders in full order every day.

Order confirmation is missing

It can happen that the order confirmation sent automatically after your order,

has been stored in your SPAM or JUNK folder by the mail provider.

Sometimes an incorrect email address (typing error) is given when ordering,

this can also be a reason for the lack of confirmation.
